Marans are an old French breed that have been bred for their unique egg color. Their eggs are very dark brown! Fairly new to the USA, the breed is most popular in the colors of Cuckoo and Gold Cuckoo.
We are focusing our breeding efforts on the beautifulGolden Cuckoo variety.
